Welcome to Margaret Elementary School

Mrs. Amanda Donaho
Assistant Principal

As I begin my first year as assistant principal of Margaret Elementary, I am excited and deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of your children. MES has held a special place in my heart since the doors first opened, and I am thrilled to now call it home.

I am looking forward to our new school wide initiative, “The 7 Habits of Happy Kids”. I witnessed tremendous results with the book in my own classroom, and can not wait to see how this will impact the entire school. The focus of the program is to produce transformational results such as higher academic achievement, fewer discipline problems, and increased engagement among teachers and parents. In addition to this, it gives students the self-confidence they will need to be successful in the 21st century economy.

Feel free to contact me with any questions at amanda.donaho@sccboe.org or stop by and introduce yourself. I look forward to working with each parent as we journey down the path of creating leaders!
